    We made these terms and conditions for the common good, to protect the rights and obligations of each party, and are not intended to harm either party.

    B. Product Information

    By making an online order transaction, we consider you to have understood the product information that you are going to buy.
    Products are available according to the online catalog. We try to present the data as accurately as possible without engineering so that you as the buyer are not harmed.
    We obtain product information officially from product catalogs, official websites, brochures, and other supporting information.
    Differences in color in the product photos/images that we display may be caused by lighting factors and computer monitor settings/resolutions, and therefore cannot be used as a reference.
    Prices for products on this site are correct at the time they are listed. Prices listed are product prices only, not including shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically (based on the price of the expedition service) according to the shipping address you provided at the time of the order transaction.

    C. Booking and Cancellation

    You can place an order for delivery purposes to all areas served by the courier service we designate. For orders, please confirm with our Customer Service after you place an order.
    We assume you have learned the information about the product and how to shop.
    We will update product information at the beginning of every week. However, if there is a technical error that causes the price, stock, or other information to be incorrect and you have already placed an order, then we will inform and give you the choice to continue ordering the product or cancel it.
    We provide a payment deadline of 1x24 hours since you complete the purchase transaction. If you have not made a payment after this time limit, we may cancel your order.
    You can cancel the order before payment. If you have already made a payment, you cannot cancel the order; You are only allowed to exchange orders with other products according to the amount you paid. Exchange orders will be processed through offline transactions. Please contact our Customer Service by phone or email.

    D. Payment

    The currency used for payment is Rupiah (IDR).
    Payments can be made through ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, cash deposits, or interbank transfers to bank accounts which we will inform you after ordering.
    Payment is considered paid if we have received the money in accordance with the amount to be paid. Immediately confirm with us via the available Payment Confirmation feature or via WA/email.
    All costs arising from payment transactions (such as third party fees, transfer fees, clearing fees, switching, and so on) are borne by the buyer.
    We are not responsible for the delay in the interbank transfer process.
    Failure to write accounts and other information or negligence on the part of the bank when you make a payment is not our responsibility.

    E. Delivery

    Your order will be sent as soon as payment is made. We will inform you of the delivery status/receipt number. through your contact data (email/SMS/WA).
    Your order will be sent to the address you provided during the order transaction.
    Your error in providing the shipping address so that the package does not arrive or you do not receive it is not our responsibility.
    Delivery is carried out by the expedition service that we designate as we have shown when you make an order transaction. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
    The delivery time depends on the expedition package you selected during the order transaction. The guarantee of certainty of delivery time is entirely the responsibility of the expedition service. Compensation for delays and or loss of goods is entirely subject to the regulations of the courier service.
    You can monitor the delivery status through the "tracking" service on the website and the Call Center of the shipping service concerned. You can also ask us for help to find out the delivery status of your order.
    After you receive the package, please confirm it with us via WA/Email. If you do not confirm receipt of the goods after 7 (seven) days from the estimated time limit for the shipment to arrive at its destination, then we assume that you have received the shipment.

    F. Product Returns

    We make sure your order has been re-checked according to the order data and we pack it well before we send it. When you receive the package, you must check the condition of the product.
    If the product you receive does not match the order data or there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged for the same product to us.
    The cost of shipping/returning a product that is not as ordered or a manufacturing defect to us is borne by the buyer, while the cost of sending a replacement product to you is borne by us.
    We serve notification of receipt of products that are not in accordance with the order or production defects no later than 3 (three) days from the time you receive your product. If within that time limit there is no notification, then the product we send is considered to have been in accordance with your order data and not a manufacturing defect.
    We will send a replacement product to you as soon as we receive and verify the return of the non-conforming or manufacturing defect product from you. Include information about the product you sent back to us to make it easier for us to verify.
    If the replacement product stock is not available in the warehouse, we will send it after the product stock is available again. And if the replacement product is out of stock, you can exchange it for another product of the same price (or equivalent) or you can request a refund of the amount you have paid us.

    G. Refund (Refund)

    Refunds are only valid for the product you exchanged while we are unable to return a replacement product to you due to out of stock.
    Refunds are made within 10 working days, starting from the date of the refund agreement.
    The amount of money returned is in accordance with the amount stated on the invoice for the product, plus shipping costs for the exchange/return from you to us; while the cost of shipping products from us to you is non-refundable.
    Refunds are made by transfer to your account.
    We will confirm to you in the form of an email/WA that we have made a refund.
